Bad Service
Bad Service Refund not received: Order 330651: I ordered a product and after 3-4 weeks and a few e-mails to get updated on the delivery of product, they informed me the product is out of stock. Still waiting for my refund up to date. On Facebook I learned they take 18% of your payment for admin services! Ridiculously, when I buy something in a shop and they have to refund me, they pay the full amount back.
