Bad Service!!!

Placed order on 6th of August. Got notified on 24th August that my item was no longer available but they can offer alternative. I rep**** I would be happy with alternative but I need the colour to match. NO response but instead got sent alternative but in totally another colour. No way to contact other than online.....with NO response. No telephone number. This is a disgrace. I want to be refunded!!!! Will NEVER use this service ever again!!!
