Bad service

I have a complain with Snatcher, i ordered my 5 items in April under one order. My items came one by one after a month, out of my order I returned 4 items bcos they were not what i ordered, their advertising is also misleading. I was comminicating with one of their agent to request for refund, that was end od May 2023, to this day i have not receiced any communication even though i tried every week to remind them. Their service is really bad, i will never place an order at this store.
