Bad service

I placed an order on 5 May 2023, that took 20+ days to fulfill. When I enquired they said they are still sourcing one of the items I ordered. Then eventually I get a notification that they are going to deliver. The same item they were sourcing was not in the box. I sent another email, only to be told the item is not available. They offered a store credit or refund. I opted for the refund, this was on the 31st of May 2023. The refund was to take 7 days and I'm not holding my breath.

The previous order I received a milk froth that was broken. I never used it. Im ever ordering here again.
