Bad service

I bought a little aircool from snatcher. No battery in box and usb port loose inside, so unable to use. Snatcher sent a courier to collect - 2 days later - without notifying me of the time or date. I reported this to snatcher. They asked the courier to come back. 5 days later - no one and snatcher is not a swering their email i sent. Another product - same story - wrong product sent twice. Cancelled my subscription. Bad deals
