Bad Service

Not happy with me service, I ordered on the 17 November 2021, I was supposed to receive my order around 25th, I receive an email stating that I was not home when the courier tried to deliver my order, I wrote an email to snatcher correcting them that I was home the whole week and according to the courier fast n furious they were hijacked while in transit to deliver my order, a day later I received an email saying that they will replace my order to date am still waiting for my order.
