Bad service

I ordered Solar Raindrop fairy lights from them. I paid them by EFT but I didn't have my order number and email address to have the proof of payment sent to. I sent them proof of payment today but with no order number as reference. But they keep saying the proof of payment is not valid. Now they have my money but I'm not getting the things I ordered. My order number is 125646. I either want the stuff or my money back.
