Bad Service

I ordered things on the 25th of November 2022. Followed up, they said they never received my order. I need to proof of payment, did that. Sent copy of bank statement as you can't sent proof of payment when it is a card payment. I have sent numerous emails. Received no feedback. I want the things I ordered!
