Bad service
I'm surprised you have such a good rating, maybe stuff gets deleted. My mom ordered a sock slider thing, and from what I can see it's not cheap either. It also says "This item will dispatch in 7-10 business days". She ordered it A WHOLE MONTH ago and still nothing. Which is pretty ****. She obviously ordered it not cause she has money to waste but because she had a hip operation and can't bend to put on socks or shoes. Utterly disgusted. I will make sure to never ever order anything from your online store.
When she also checked for my order/reference number, she saw that it was canceled. How do you cancel an order without refunding? or even informing the client
