Bad Service!!

The first time I ordered on Snatcher was in December two years ago. Although the order took a bit long to arrive, I was still very impressed since it was over Christmas time and understandably they had many orders for Christmas. My order arrived on time that year! However, I ordered now on the 11 June 2024. It is now 02/07/2024, I still haven't received my order. When I follow up, they just keep telling me that they are working on my order, every time they will say I will receive it next week. Next week I call, they just say I will receive it next week. I'm getting very impatient since this should be an easy order.
