Bad return service

I have always been buying from snatcher for over 5 years and not once did I have an issue with them. Always happy with their products and delivery until they advertised something they did not have. Instead of a refund I requested a voucher and I got it same day. I placed an order for something else using same voucher and cash. They did not have those items in stock. I requested a refund, that's when my problems started. Last communication was almost two weeks ago saying they are processing it. My emails are no longer being responded to, messenger is ignored. Snatcher is happy to give a voucher than cash back.. they force us to buy something else even though we have nothing to buy..can I please get my money back..
