Bad quality products

Yes! Ordered a trolley from Snatcher.co.za . The order came quickly but was the wrong colour, they collected and redeluvered. Still the wrong colour. And within two days the first wheel broke off and then a couple of days later the second. It is so flimsy and extremely bad quality. They have just outright said they cannot assist me further. What a wasted of R300
