Bad quality products and bad after service

Service when placing order and prices is not bad, however the products are really inferior. I have enquired about returning but did not get any feedback. It's too much effort to return so I'm forced to keep goods however will not be purchasing from them again. They have a long way to go to meet the standards of other online shopping companies
