Bad quality goods if you have a return they ignore you

I purchased a mini hand chainsaw. It did not work from day 1. I contacted them and they advised they would collect the faulty item for which I had paid R699.00. It has been a week now and no feedback from them whatsoever . I phone I email they just keep your money and ignore you. I am beginning to think this is a ****
