Bad quality for high priced items

Disappointing quality of poducts. I purchased a 10x Mirror, which is almost a 5x mirror. I would like to return with their free return policy, but now I need to pay 15% (not so free). Humidifier and pet chair also very disappointing quality for a hefty price tag.
