Bad or no service at all by Snatcher

Order placed and paid in full in December 2023. Snatcher after 3 weeks informed me that they do not have stock. Order was cancelled but I now already waiting for more than 6 weeks for my refund. Snatcher now ignores all my correspondence. This is a bad experience and I regard Snatcher now as a not trustworthy online retailer company with bad or even no service
