Bad experience ever

I'm so dissapointed and angry with your service, you act as if you care but once we pay our thats when you show your true colours... You gave me second hand chair connector and it doesn't even fit on the chair. I sent you multiple emails with no response, listen Im not gonna let this go, it's either you fix your mess or I want my refund you can come collect your chairs (#150160)
