Bad experience
I bought a flat iron from snatcher 2 weeks ago delivery for last monday and the flat iron doesn't even heat up as a 230°c should do... I was aware that its a curling flat iron bt the heat shouldn't differ... I am very disappointed and unhappy as i paid for the product
