Bad delivery service/communication on short items...

bad delivery service, not problem with order or them getting their payment's, but don't advise on item not available, just saw it wasn't in box, did not let me know it was being delivered later, seems their communication isn't as good as in beginning like once we have you hooked we do as we please. Was very dissapointed this time around.
