Bad customer service. They will **** you out of your money.

My order was only partially delivered. I received a mail 2 weeks later saying that the one item is no longer available and that my account will be credited. I rep**** and requested a refund as I don't want to purchase anything else. 1 month later I have not received my money back, nor have I been credited. I tried phoning but their phone number is not manned. There has been no reply to any of my numerous emails.
