Bad Customer Service - False Advertising

Did not get all the items I ordered. Raised the issue with them, and they just sent the tracking info. Thereafter all e-mails are ignored.

9 Days later and still nothing, no response or communication from anyone. They said they will, but here we are 9 days later. All I want is what I bought.
