Bad customer service

I have ordered a phone on the 14th of December to date is not delivered, the service is very poor as there is no communication, last time I was told that my parcel was wrongly allocated, which is very strange because it the address is wrong why will the driver not call me to at least confirm. This phone was meant for a Christmas present but even now I didn't receive it. I have been following up without any positive feedback. Can I be told when will the phone be delivered, am staying in joburg but still u can't deliver the phone.
