Bad customer service

I am dissapointed that 2 out of my 4 items arrived, it took me emailing you to query why that is before someone told me that the other items were out of stock. Being in the service industry it's very important to inform your customers of products that are out if stock before the customer asks as I already paid for the items. I doubt I will be using your service again.
