Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE by SNATCHER

I bought a cctv set from Snatcher and approached them for assistance to find a software solution when the set developed a software problem. After communicating with them for a few days, I was basically told that they could not assist me because the system they sold me was no longer in production. I was then sarcastically answered by a customer care agent (who by the way did not sign any of the emails) that he/she would brush his/her customer care s****s, after 'thanking me for my feedback. This sarcastic answer still left me without a solution to my problem. I was not asking for the item to be replaced, just to be directed to the suppliers.
