Bad customer service and slow shipping

This company has the worst customer service yet claims to provide dedicated online service. They are very bad at providing updates on tracking or even updating tracking information on the website. Extremely slow shipping and insufficient communications. Do not order from them unless you are prepared to be frustrated with insufficient service.
