BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTERCARE

Ordered an Item in early November. After three weeks still jot delivered. Upon query, I was informed that the product was out of stock (all of sudden). Now another month has expired waiting for my refund. They are apparently very busy with new orders… so basically my refund can wait…. Disgusting, and very disappointed in the customer service.
