BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered two retractable hose pipes. The first time I used it, the one hosepipe had two holes in it. I send an email to notify them on 4 October 2021. Two days later, they reply and request a photo. The next morning, 7 October 2021, I sent them the required photo. On 11 October 2021 I sent an email again to get an update. No reply yet.
