Bad customer service
This company is pathetic its been 16 working days and 19 days I still don't have my refund paid . They responded and said they have a back log and they are working on it they are still working on my refund.

30 Jun 2022, 10:16Snatcher is worse than Eskom I waited for my refund for more than 19 days only to be short change by more than R 300. these guys are pathetic I will never buy from them ever again this complaint reaches most potential customers and discourages them to buy from them. This is nothing like what Takealot does they are professional there are handling and waiting periods before you are paid and be underpaid on your money. they said I will be charged between 4 and 10% handling they have charged almost 30% of what they said they are charging as handling fees.
