Bad customer service

Took forever to deliver and when they finally did my order was incomplete after a couple of emails and inboxes on their social media I was told that the item is out of stock but they are still selling it on their website, it's been 2 weeks of emails and inboxes following up on my refund they only rep**** today with a proof of payment.
