Bad customer service

There seems to be a non-existence of customer service (in my experience with this company). Placed and order on 1 Feb 2023 (product 10 - 15 working days for delivery), it is now 23 Feb 2023 (17 working days later) and no order received. Been in communication with them twice (logging e-mail query on their site) with NO RESPONSE. The order status has been ORDER PACKED - AWAITING COURIER PICKUP since 10 Feb 2023.
