Bad customer service

The product descriptions dont have measurements so now that I'm trying to return the items because I'm unhappy with their size after being misled by their product descriptions, customer service takes a minimum of 2 days to respond to a email and eventually when they do respond, their correspondence so unclear, rude and unhelpful the the matter takes weeks to resolve. A call would resolve it so much quicker. The call in line has been disabled even though they have a number. The service was better when they launched, now the service is just terrible. I would not recommend Snatcher to anyone. Rather stick with Takealot.com.
