BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Bad customer experience I bought goods on 2nd of Februaty, and they were delivered with 2 items ordered, the items were out of stock and Snatcher promised to refund to date a month later i haven't been refunded and i have been following up since and now my emails go unanswered.
i need my 2 items refund

my ask for refund from Snatcher is definitely falling on deaf ears, to date, no refund although they respond to my review on HELLO PETER
It looks like they blocked my mails as they are now being returned undelivered.
am lost for words.
let them refund me and i unsubscribe as they gave me a raw deal for over a month!
