Bad Communicators, Lie about Stock Availability and lack of customer care.

Made and order on the 18th of July 2023 and to date I have not received my order. The order was fully paid but no communications whatsoever from them. I emailed them 3 times so far they keep saying they will look into it. Don't know what to do now coz they contact informs you of an email if you have queries which is not responded to.
