Bad communication and takes long

Ordered only 1 tablet cover its been a few days there has been no communication there is a number to phone but they dont take phone calls anymore only email but if you email no responds only a computer saying they wil get back to me and never do i really need this cover i dont have money to buy a new one if it breaks i will pick it up myself but that is not allowed please advise or i will cancel my order.
