Bad communication and service

I ordered from Snatcher and realised that one product that I had ordered was not as advertised in the photos(shown in handbag but it is not cordless) so I sent emails and 23 Facebook messenger messages to ask them to change my order to something else. I pleaded for help on their Facebook adverts otherwise I would be ignored(my emails have still not been rep**** to). In the end after a long struggle they said that they would swop the product for what I asked for. Today my parcel arrived and I received exactly what I fought so hard not to receive. I complained and ended up getting blocked on Facebook and all my messages deleted from what I gather. Now I am stuck with something that I did not and really tried so hard to get exchanged. I will NOT order from them again which is a pity as I have ordered so much from them in the past.
