BAD client service!!!!!!

I'm not happy with the customer service at all. I placed an order online last week Friday. By Monday wanted more items. I quickly emailed snatcher and requested the items to be added to my current order as the order was not yet completed. the lady rep**** and told me that there was no problem by adding the items I should just send her a list of the things I want to add and they can add it to my current order. I emailed her back with my list the same day, to add to this the items that I requested was on sale. Only yesterday they told me that this this was not possible and that they cannot add items to a order. And that the lady who told me that this was possible was still new and did not know the procedures. I told them that the items I requested to be added to the order was on sale on the day they told me it was possible and that all the items together is R640 more when I place a new order now LIKE THEY NOW INSTRUCTED ME TO DO. The answer to me was that they are willing to give me free shipping of R120 if I place a new order now. How does this make sense to give me R120 off when the increase prices is now up with R640. Due to the personal whom incorrectly responded to my email and promised falsely they are not willing to give me the same prices as they messed up. I requested managements contact details until now nothing.
