bad

i placed an order with snatcher (280508) on the 26th of may and after 3 weeks of numerious emails were told my one item is out of stock (two and a half weeks after order placed) and that they can refund me for the item which i accepted then a few hours later they say they have the item and will have my order dispatched now today my order arrives but only 2 of my 4 items are in the parcell and i am being told my order is complete 2 of my items never reached me so i cannot see how the order is complete
