Bad Business Practice

Snatcher turned out to be an online ****, I wish I had seen all the reviews before but I see that I am one of many that was ****med out of money by placing and paying for an order and not receiving it. You can't get hold of anyone after paying, they just sent an email in Sept saying that they looking into my query. Weeks later I still have no refund and no products. Now they appear to be liquidated! There will most likely be No Refund!!! No protection for the consumer...
