BAD BAD servise- no feedback

yes they SNATCH!! I purchased a Tablet cover 10.5" for a A5 tablet. R435.00 it took 5 weeks to arrive and when measured was 9,5" I requested to return it, they said, take a video- which I did, and sent it off, sent 4 more emails regarding this matter, to no avail- still no success.. THEY SNATCH OUR MONEY
