Awful service from Snatcher - No refund 60 days and counting!
Awful service. Still waiting for a refund and it's more than 60 days later. I ordered 4 smart watches; they sent them with 2 not working and one the incorrect color. I requested for them to be collected and a refund processed. Refunds are supposed to take no longer than 7 days according to their SLA. The replies to emails were..'we're sorry it is taking so long...' to now completely no response at all. I even asked for them to credit my account so that I could purchase something else to the same value but still no response. Awful service. Stay away!!!

It is now 16 Jan 2025. This is more than 6months (180 days later) and still no response. No refund, and not even a courtesy call. Evidently, they don't even care about the Hello Peter reviews.
