Awful Service

I placed an order 13 Jan made contact same day to add another item to the order. An email told me to make payment to provided acc then reply with link to item and order number & attach POP. I did this. A week later I received an email to place new order & select EFT payment then reply to email with order number. Every few days I kept getting emails telling me to make payment. I received an email 23 Jan saying order has been approved with 7-15 business day lead time! This after having paid 13 Jan! It is now 5 Feb and I still have not received my order. AWFUL SERVICE
