Awful experience - Snatcher

This company is the pits. The first time I ordered from them I received my stuff on time and everything went smoothly so I placed an order again. The second time I ordered - it was literally HELL. They notified me 3 weeks after placing my order and after following up with them that they did not have stock of the items advertised. They offered me a voucher which I refused, I wanted to a refund. I ended up paying for shipping of items I didn't even receive and when I asked them about this, they said the system works it out, they couldn't rectify this. Another 3 weeks later, still no refund. I had to constantly contact them, eventually - I received my refund but it was not even the correct amount, they paid me less. Avoid this company. They are dishonest and have no clue what they are advertising and selling. Tr#sh.
