Awful customer service

Seems like a common practice for Snatcher to keep their customers waiting for their paid for goods, with minimal to no response to their queries/emails. No contact number, thus you cannot call for help. Made a purchase mid-December and still not delivered. I was told the product was out of stock, offered an alternative which I accepted, but no correspondence after that. I keep sending emails but no response is received back. As a 1st time buyer I am not impressed with your customer service 😕
