AVOID THE HASSLES

Worst Experience! They, don't even deserve 1 star.

Ordered an instock item at Snatcher in December before the shipping cutoff date then all just went quiet. I had to email to find out what was happening and just got a snarky reply with their order timelines.

After waiting a few more days and still no progress or feedabck I had to follow up again and then asked to cancel the order when the agent completely dismissed my request and decided to "escalate" the order to their suppliers.

After requesting to cancel again they said they are going to need to take a 15% fee in order to cancel the order.

Now after waiting well over 7 days for a refund I am hearing yet another story about "escalating" the refund to the finance team.

Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS COMPANY.
