Avoid Snatcher like the Plague !!

I bought an inverter from Snatcher , that of course doesnt work , and they will not refund me or even replace for me, instead they want to come pic it up , and then leave the refund or replacement in my hands to sort out , that leaves me with no internet during loadshedding , therefore no income, thanks Snatcher , i will never do business with you again , and i am making sure that i tell as many of my thousands of customers ,friends and family to avoid your ***** so called business website like the plague.
