AVOID Snatcher at all costs. Worst company I have every dealt with

I ordered a remote control car at the beginning of December for my son. I kept checking on the status and it said it was being prepared. Just before Christmas they said they were out of stock and asked for proof of bank account so they can refund me. I am still waiting for the refund. I ordered a neck massaging machine and it arrived with no power source. I reported it and they said they were sending me the power source. A month later still no power source and so I said I wanted to return it. It took about 2 weeks for them to understand that I wanted it collected. This was done a week ago and I still haven't received my refund. You cannot talk to anyone on a phone call and the same guy just emails you but you get no where. They owe me about R1,000 and I doubt I will see it again. Please avoid this site at all costs.
