Avoid Snatcher

My worst on-line experience ever. Apart from taking 20 days to send my order, the wrong item was sent. I advised them immediately but have not received any feedback on how to return or exchange the item. The item they sent me is not even advertised on their website, and is only worth a fraction of the price of the advertised article. Awful, awful, awful!
