Avoid buying from Snatcher!!

If you purchase online regularly as I do then do yourself a favour and DO NOT purchase from SNATCHER!! If there is any problem with your purchase and you want to return it, firstly they take ages to reply to emails, secondly they want you to pay for the return, thirdly they will deduct 15% as a handling fee, fourthly it will take them months to process the refund payment 'due to a backlog of refunds'! I'm still waiting for my refund after 6 weeks!!
