First time ordering from Snatcher. Process of ordering was fine. Ordered the 17th of October, received the package 2nd of November. And it was missing one of the Items. Only offered me an in-store credit and not a refund. That means I must buy from them again. To be honest - I have ordered from a lot of online stores and I have never waited that long for a purchase.
