As much as I'm happy about the delivery, I'm definitely not happy with the product I received

As much as I'm happy about the delivery, I'm definitely not happy with the product I received. What I received is not what I ordered the Rino 9 I ordered on the app is not the same as the one I received, the phone I received looks like a demo phone.. The return policy also is not good because I feel like they purposely give wrong orders so that they can charge you for return the product.
